Well you need to read theyr rules very well .I dont know if they accept gambling ,maybe some experiemented memebers will help you

TikTok does not allow gambling so you have to cloak your link, ads, and everything. Have just read another post of BH ads on TikTok, you can find many posts in the BlackHat forum

You're somewhat out of luck since TikTok has issues with Gambling Ads. I say somewhat because you can technically play along the guidelines and restrictions if you're skilled/creative enough with how you advertise. But yeah, strictly speaking it is against their ToS so there's that.
