TikTok Web Spamming

Hey TikTokers, I've got a couple questions for you.
Lately I've been seeing some spam posts promoting CPA on my fyp. All of their videos have the same amount of views (around 600-700). The famous 700 views "jail".
That makes me believe they are spamming those videos from the PC using the web version of TikTok, also I don't think it's even worth the time setting multiple phone farms or spamming it trough the phone at all since it takes hella more time.

So the questions are:
Have you had any experience with Web TT? If so am I right about the 700 views jail.
Would an anti-detect browser + VPN (proxies would take a lot of data for each upload, so it's not really worth it) work ?

phone takes more time but has better results. don't use VPN you will get banned, theres proxies where traffic is not an issue.

Web upload do not have much views. For 700 flat views, it is most likely that the account is new.

Yep, I already stated that I don't need more than that. If I'm able to get 700 views on each video, thats 4k~ views for each account.
And it's very easy to scale on pc rather than mobile.

Btw, any feedback on the SocialPire TikTok bot, do u think its worth purchasing it, since the dev doesn't respond to the 3 day free trials thread anymore
