Hi!,
I am looking to warmup TikTok accounts created on mobile using anti detect browsers I have few questions

1. Will VPN’s for IP work?
2. For how long a day and for how many days for a profile to warmup?
3. Any special AntiDetect config for TikTok

1 No, they will not they do not mask your fingerprint and their ip ranges are well known.

2 Honestly, when people say warm up an accounts, this is bs , unless you plan like a silent slow promo on reddit after having a few posts and history. Your device integrity is either trusted or not, no warm up or lack of warm up will ever change that. If anything, you want to warm up the whole broswer instances and come with cookies. Websites see the age of your browser profile(3rd party cookies etc), what do people think when a profile with no cookies comes along and then sporadically "warms up".

3 oh yes, you gotta know what you do and you gotta know how to select a proxy, which one and why. Someone said real mobile device, this would probably work if you have a couple devices with dual sim, but each sim needs a plan, as its not so easy to run proxies on a mobile device directly. Mobile anti detect emulator is also also not a good idea, as soon any platform demands to open any app on your device, it's game over.

A Windows machine impersonation is likely the best to go with the flow and not stick out. Ideally hosted on a large non Linux server, depending on the operations size.

The biggest weak point in this is proxies, static isp often have known asns and some of the ips have bad history.
Residential proxies with rotation often rotate inconsistently and the sticky times are not sufficient if it's 1hr only, even if you only need a 1 hr session per day or ever, that ip will be used up to 23 different times each day, perhaps also on tiktok.

Initial device fingerprint coherence and perhaps for windows profiles a clean ip not seen before on another account(on mobile IP quality really doesn't matter) is what decides your fate.
Later on, you might leak a real ip here and there, fingerprint noises aggregate to unrealistic levels and someone else creates and account with that ip.

I hope this helps.

Ideal is a mobile proxy, as VPNs are easily detected. For warm up, warm up accounts slowly over 10–15 days, starting with light activity at first. Make sure the device & location are always match.

1. Don't use VPN, it'll get blacklisted. Use either residential or mobile proxies

TikTok warmup is mostly about behavior and consistency, not just IP. VPNs usually get flagged fast, so residential or mobile proxies with proper session isolation work better. Slow warmup over a couple of weeks (browsing, light activity, no spam) tends to last longer. If you want to test setups first, some anti-detect tools let you try up to 10 profiles for free, which is enough to see what holds up before scaling.

VPNs usually increase risk on TikTok; stability and consistency matter more than hiding IPs. Warm up slowly for 7–14 days with light daily activity (scrolling, likes, a few follows). Avoid rushing posts or actions. TikTok favors natural behavior, especially early on.
