Tiktok views question

Hello, I have a question about tiktok
What statistics should be on my 1 minute video to get good views?
For example, now I have about 10% “watched to the end” and 15 seconds AVD, are these statistics not very good?

I think is a combination of things. Retention increases views along with likes, shares from the right people increase the exposure as well and comments increase the chance of people interacting while the video is playing, so longer watch time.
I also heard of 1:10 like to view ratio making videos gain views faster but I also seen 1:20 ratio get over 100k.

Stats don't necessarily correlate with being pushed by the algo.

Keep posting good content.

The Algo is weird sometimes.

I've seen the same video flop and then go viral when posted a second time.
