hey guy s I just created a new tiktok account on a new device which is my computer and never used tiktok on it so when I created the account I added a photo profile and bio and downloaded a short video on youtube "new short video" and after an hour I can't see any viewer the views are stuck at 0 what is the problem guys?

I would recommend that you verify your account first with your email and phone number. I think that TikTok does not allow videos of newly created accounts on the For You page. Before you post a video on a new account, try to build up an 'account history' first, so like and comment on videos you like, follow a few accounts, etc. Be careful not to spam. Like 5–10 videos, write 2-4 comments, and follow 5–10 accounts. The best way is to follow well-known accounts; then you can also get a few followers, which is also good for your account. If you do it for 2-3 days and then post a video, you will see that you get views and do not stick at 0 views.
 
firstly and mostly: verify all appropriate and necessary details then,
1. Add hashtags to your videos.
2. Keep it short and sweet.
3. Trending sound effects.
4. Find your specific audience.
5. Try a how-to video.
6. Dabble in some duets.
7. Team up with an influencer or special guest.
8. Promote your TikTok content on your other social channels
 
Don't ever upload using your computer.

I personnally never touch my computer because all uploads will be kept at 0 views which is logical : TikTok wants to prevent spammers and it is easy to automate uploading using your pc.

Using desktop I always got 0 views.

Using mobile same type of videos sometimes M's of views.

and how much views ur getting when u upload from phone?

hmm, could be your account hasnt aged yet, also you mentioned you downloaded a video from youtube, have you tried meta clearing the data from the video?
 
Either age the account or get an aged account. You can imagine how TikTok has to put up with so many bots being created on their platform at a constant cycle of creation and upload that they're not exactly too friendly with fresh accounts.
 
maybe content your video dont enough attractive. lets use hashtag and music trending when you post
