TikTok videos getting ZERO views

Hi there, I Started working on TikTok. I don't live in USA or any other Eligible country for creator program. I have a USA VPN with Static IP and I Use Blue Stacks Emulator to scroll and upload tiktok videos.
Firstly I created I brand new email (gmail) using the vpn. Then created Fresh tiktok account on the blue stacks emulator. Till this everything looked fine, tiktok shop icon was there creator program was also showing up, All the Content on the FYP and Live was of USA. Then I started Scrolling the tiktok account for 1 hr each day. Liked the content that resembled the content that I wanted to upload. liked/ commented etc ( but the follow button doesn't worked idk why)... and after scrolling and setting up the fyp then I uploaded by First video and got Zero views, And now It's been 2 weeks and Still I continue to scroll the account for 1hr and then I upload the video. but still there are only 2/3 views on 1/2 videos and other have Zero views. Obviously I don't want Millions of views in my starting but at least can get 100/200 views.
I also have a very small yet monetized YT account so I know about tags, video editing and stuff like that, My videos also have high quality and could compete with my competitors.
And I myself have deployed the VPN in the Cloud with Static IP. The whoer site always gives the same IP and 100% result.
Now I think that the problem is not with the IP/Content, the PROBLEM IS WITH EMULATOR.

Make sure it's the first video uploaded to tiktok > check your tiktok channel, you can create 3-5 channels like that and upload videos to evaluate the quality, next pay attention to its content to see if it's attractive enough for users.

Don't use emulators or vpns as tiktok can easily detect them. Use an iphone or android. Also, check if the videos are flagged. If they're flagged they won't be put out on the fyp resulting in 0 views. Not being able to follow anyone is normal for new accounts.

Lol don't use emulators nor vpns for tiktok use mobile devices simple

if you can change the IP will be better, because you don't know if is the IP is giving you problems also most of the people use Iphones instead of emulators, a guy here made a post that emulators don't work on tiktok.

stop using a VPN ip that 50k other people have used

Yes, the emulator is probably the problem. TikTok can detect if you're using one and may limit your views because of it.

Dont use emulators or antidetect browsers, waste of time this has been disclosed in so many posts previously

Try changing the content, changing the opening sentences to make the opening video more attractive. If it still doesn't work, try creating more different channels.

Hey bro! How to you use iphone with proxies? it's not possible to create or login in tiktok if proxy in wifi, just no way. Please helppp

shadowrocket will be used for proxy on iphone, but I have a problem when post a second video with 1 minutes with 20v

Hey! Do you have Low views while using ShadowRocket? I've tested almost 5 accounts and after 1st video I get 10-30 views

I also want to know the answer. My first video has traffic, but the second video drops sharply.
