TikTok USA not pushing video

So I recently made a TikTok account with the usual USA fyp procedures like physical sim, usa apple id etc. I warmed up the account for like the last week. When I post videos however, the video gets around 20-30 views within the first 10 mins and then tiktok won't push the video out anymore and my views are then stuck at that amount. Can someone tell me whats wrong or how to fix this??

Was it a wiped phone or a previously used one?
