I can create a bulk account tiktok us. Can I sell or make money with it? I'm from tier 3 country.

Maybe, if they dont get banned after the person changes the IP and all the other footprints, have you tested any by giving your IM friends a couple to test? From what I understand, this would be a massive red flag. As I could probably figure out how to build them in bulk too, but if the people buying the product are left wanting a refund, then you have no unique ability.

But at the moment, you certainly can't sell on bhw.

Don't ask random members for more details as if you want to purchase from a non-jrvip with decent credentials. You wouldn't be the first to be scammed by such a thing.
 
You can sell but your account already has many top trending videos, it's quite difficult if the account is new
 
There are some people who make them and they make money of course. The age of the accounts is an important factor while selling them, people don't want to buy accounts that have just been created, so it needs videos and followers too.
 
You could use them in a bot for follows and views, to take most profit from those accounts

I just test with some diffrerent device in few day, but it still alive, not get shadowband

So you haven't tested them with other people using them after you have created them? Yeah, I'll say then no you shouldn't sell, as you haven't tested your product right.

yes you can sell them but you need to warm them first. and you need to make big quantity.

You to have to confirm that people that buy your accounts don't get shadowbanned. Upload videos to the accounts, and check that it generate views.
 
I don't think TikTok accounts are very 'sellable' as it's easy to get the shadow-banned by logging in from a bad ip or different location.
