TikTok Tax Issue

So I've recently been accepted onto the TikTok CPB and in the first two days already built up a balance of $80

(The way things are going with my views and CPM I'm expecting this to hit $2k by the end of feb minimum)

But here's the thing... It is a USA based account and I am from another country.

So when you want to withdraw the money you need to include your ID and tax information - but there is something called a TIN which is for US residents only.

After searching through youtube I found a video where someone had found a number you can enter into the TIN section which gets accepted.

I have done this and it has been accepted - but I am a bit weary of actually taking any money out of the account and being on the radar of the IRS as I guess this could be considered fraud? (and they have my ID documents which I also had to upload)

Probably overthinking it - but let me know your thoughts

Of course it's fraud, don't put "could be", when "it is"

Short-term you will get away with it.

Long-term, just get yourself ITIN, it's possible. Pay taxes in US if necessary. If your home country asks anything, show that you pay taxes there.

Getting ITIN is as easy as Googling a service for it. Good companies are TaxesForExpats, Incfile, and others with high monthly volume

Cheaper solution to ask on Upwork, look for only CPAs (certified accountants)

This part is easy. The hard part is you should check if TikTok will allow foreigner with ITIN. Do they accept foreign ID?
