Post this in the "want to buy" section of BlackHatWorld. Someone may offer that as a service but you would have to be specific on what you are looking to do. When you mean "Nuke", are you referring to taking it down?

Report it (privacy, harassment, imitation, whatever copyright applies). If you own the copyright, file a DMCA. If you have private information, fill out TikTok's privacy form. If it's a serious situation, send a direct warning to a lawyer. If you don't get a response, try to bury it with positive content or seek professional support. This is the quick and clear solution, my friend.
 
Create a counter-campaign, positive videos that push the negative one down in feeds and search.
 
You could try messaging the creator first to resolve it. If that doesn’t work, report the video to TikTok and escalate if necessary.

If a TikTok video hurts your brand, report it under the right category (harassment, false info, impersonation, etc.) and have others report too. You can also contact TikTok Support with proof. Meanwhile, push positive content to outrank and shift attention.
 
Maybe you could create a campaign on a microworker website and ask them to report the video. It's what most people used to do in the past to get videos removed, not sure if it's still working in 2025.
 
Another approach is to focus on pushing your own positive content to outrank the negative video. Combine that with reporting to TikTok if it violates guidelines proactive content plus official channels usually works best.
 
If it’s violating TikTok’s guidelines — mass report with valid reasons (privacy, harassment, false info) usually works. If not, try copyright or DMCA takedown if you own the content. Otherwise, push it down with new, high-engagement posts.
