Tiktok Suspended me without any reason

Hey there so it has been a few days since I tried to do some ads on tiktok, I'm trying to promote a event / course in Romania nothing shady, legit stuff, first they suspended one of my accounts for strong identity overlap with blah blah something, no reason whatsover I appealed the situation with no luck, tried again to run the ads from somebody elses device with other email other everything still no luck, it also suspended his account in 10 minutes, blocking me around 200 Euros as ads credint into both of the accounts. Do you have any ideea how this happened the second time, did the creatives have been flagged somehow and if I use them they suspend the account? Because I thought to buy a business manager for tiktok but if the creatives have been flagged or something does that mean that the next account is going to be suspended aswell right?

They told me that my identity overlaps with some bad actors blah blah, but I never did something on tiktok lol, neither ads nor posting or something…
 
You must have done something. Have you tried with fresh account, IP.
 
TikTok may have identified that your accounts or promotional content overlaps with another account or content on the platform. This may cause the system to automatically suspend your account for suspected violation of TikTok regulations or policies. It's possible that your ad has been flagged.
You should change the ad content and use a new ad account
 
Yea, i didn't do anything but will try to use something fresh, new ip, phone etc
 
Maybe some one used some of my identity? like phone number or idk, tiktok it's not letting me know the actual specific reason anyway.
 
Change your ad content and avoid using inappropriate or misleading images or content. Change to another IP and another account

You better read the TikTok rules. Just read specifically for the country where you maintain your account, because the rules are different.
