So, I've tried to contact them 4/5 times already, but their support never answers.
How about you? How did you you manage to fix your problems? :confused:

Yeah, it's such a waste of time already with their support team and I've just created an account there recently.

Put on title or in section that your issue is regarding billing and you will have your answer in 24h.

If you mean impersonation, TikTok will only do anything about it if you are verified or a 'popular creator'. In both of those circumstances you should have an account manager or at least a log on to the creator service portal.
 
The support team usually replies within a few hours, but it may take longer due to increased traffic and the number of emails they have to answer.

I mean a representative at TikTok. In my experience you usually get a dedicated rep when you are a very famous account, an agency that manages a large number of popular accounts, verified, or high ad spend. As you do more, you get assigned more senior staff.
 
Updated: TikTok support sent an email that went to spam. Problem resolved, it took a few weeks, but it's ok now.
 
Maybe they might reply but chances are low, if you send mail they will reply within 24hrs and you should make sure your claim is legal and valid.
