Tiktok-style Adult Script/CMS?

I remember following a channel on tg called tiktits and i believe they had a site showing posts of OF models in tiktok theme, tho the site no longer looks the same. Does anyone know any script or cms designed to make adult reels? I'm thinking of create one for fun. I know that wp-script has a theme called tikswipe so i wonder if u guys know any other option.
