Two ways to remove anything off tiktok, the first way works every time,
1. submit a copyright takedown notice, use chatGPT to generate the letter, attach it on the page below, you may have to also attach a youtube or other social media ccount admin area showing you owned the video or images you want to remove.
So in Chat GPT "write me a takedown notice for my "photos or videos" from tiktoks platform as I own the copyright to them and they are my IP, "company name or Person"
It takes about 3 days for the material to be taken down but works 99.5% of the time.

SMM panels have such service, saw specific one for tiktok does not cost a lot
