So in regards to TikTok’s new Pro referral program. Is there a way to spoof your device information on an android device to fool TikTok into thinking you’re on a different device, while using a different account? I have been trying for the past few hours using the “Island” app on android and no budge. I get “Referral unsuccessful The account of the person you invited is currently restricted from participating.” If anyone knows what I can do, please let me know!

Island primarily creates a work profile or application sandbox on Android. It does not turn the phone into a completely new device as far as a service's anti-cheat system is concerned.

i would not try to spoof the device just to get around this referral limitation. the app probably checks for more than just the device id, so apps like Island will not help. i would first determine if there is any reason why the invited account is flagged as being resstricted.
