I will approach local stores e.g local Indian shop or local electric scooter store that sells tons of products ranging from spices to sweets etc. I will offer to run their online presence website tiktok and most importantly tiktok shop. Should I charge them monthly or do profit share?

I would say depends.
I think it's easier to convince the business to only give you % from a sale, then later you could do it on fixed terms.
