Tiktok shadowban or something else

Hi guys, i was doing cpa on TikTok for like 1 year, you know follow/unfollow method promoting fake giveaways. I started to have some problems with the accounts. I mean when i was following someone it looks like you followed but if you refresh the page the follow is gone. When did this happen i just given up at the account and i was making a new one.

New accounts worked fine, just need to reach 1000 followers to be able to put link in bio.

But in time all accounts got shadowbanned and now even fresh accounts which i am creating are shadowbanned or i don't know but they don't follow.

I used 4 phones. I have this problem on all the phones. Maybe i should buy a vpn or proxy to change the ip? Maybe my ip is shadowbanned?

I read somewhere that TikTok ban devices too. I'm not sure about that.
