TikTok Shadowban/Follow Block

Hey there,

I just started a fresh new TikTok account and right at the begging I wanted to scroll for you page a little bit. I liked few videos and followed few accounts but when I went to my profile I saw that I follow 0 accounts and I don't have any liked/saved video? For this account I used a German SIM card that I had when I worked in Germany few months ago (card is still active). Currently I'm not in Germany but I did what everyone advise to do for new profiles to avoid shadowban. I did a factory restart on my phone (iPhone 6S) made new iCloud and everything. Is this normal to happen and if I decide to create content on TikTok should I stick with this account or do what?

If you are connected to wifi then your IP is flagged. In that case, you need to hotspot your phone and then create the TikTok account and it should work.

I'll try creating new account with hotspot then, also do I need to restart the phone again? And for registration should I use phone number or email? Thank again

You can restart the phone if you want, but I don’t think it should make a difference but I am not 100% sure on that. Using a phone number or email shouldn’t matter, however, I would suggest to create a new email because sometimes TikTok can flag the phone number and if you try and using them same one, it can flag the new account aswell. Same goes with email. Try using fresh email or phone and see if that does anything.

This is normal on new accounts, it usually goes away after a few days. It doesn't have any impact on your views or account performance from my experience.

How long do you wait? Just ran into this problem, was worried I was flagged on PC.

Try This Method Instead Connect With Hotspot After That Create The TikTok Account.
