I tried Vizard it does a good job for a video 106/120 mins used however it is $30 per month and it is limited to 6000 upload minutes/mo by the way I did not really understand this... But for the rest these softwares do not offer the same type of services.

use tools, instead of creating an account and uploading videos manually, use tools to help you do that, there are many tools, the important thing is whether you are willing to pay for those tools or not.

To upload the same video to multiple TikTok accounts without being restricted in terms of views, unique content is important because TikTok has algorithms that detect duplicate content and can reduce reach or even not show the video.
 
It is normal for videos to have no views at the moment. Because you are doing reup and TikTok's AI is currently quite strict with scanning uploaded videos. As for posting videos to the channel, I think you should do it manually. If you use a video posting tool, it will be easily scanned for spam.

Sometimes we need to rely on luck. A video you post on many channels will be considered spam by tiktok and limit access to your video. My friend did the same thing as you but my friend was luckier with 4/10 channels having views.

have to make unique accounts, new gadget(anty detect browser can help u ) + proxies
and obviously need to change just smth on video to create it unique one
i mean speed, effects and etc
 
Did you find some kind of fast way how to edit video for not to be considered as duplicate from tiktok ?
 
you are spamming videos, tiktok will identify those videos and shadowban your channel leading to 0 views. you need to edit those videos to make them different and use separate proxies for each channel
