This is the achievement of another person doing TikTok in my country. I wonder if TikTok can make that much money? And where should I start? Thanks.

It's possible but it won't be that much.
Real story: reup from douyun girl videos, get 10k subs, then sell the profile for $10-15
if you are creative enough, you can get 10k subs in a few days. Now make 5-10 accounts and sell every day; you can earn $1000/month.
Another way is to re-up videos from tiktok shop and redirect to your Shopee affiliate links. It might be very lucrative. They won't report your videos since you redirect to their shop with your affiliate code (who owns tiktok shop normally has Shopee store too). More money for them and money for you too. It's win win.

no. How can be? It's the different app. They have their own rules in Douyin for example in Douyin you can comment with gifs and images.
In short, it's a completely different app, and you can upload douyin videos to Tiktok without any problem. Many people do that so you should edit the videos a bit though.

nevermind you're right lol I've just tried yesterday, still got no views however. It rlly depends on platform right? For youtube its pretty strict I dont think you can reupload youtube content

actually you can. You can even reupload Tiktok videos to Tiktok, Youtube videos to Youtube.
Just remember to change a bit so the videos are unique.
There is a guy built Youtube channel to 250k subscribers by reuploading.
Check Youtube section of the forum.
 
reuploading is a valid strategy
but you still have to know what you're doing to actually monetize, and actually get views

you will never have full success just 1:1 reuploading

because who can't do that
