TikTok Refunds as coins instead of payment method

I'm using the built in promote feature to run ads in cpa/affiliate marketing and experience bans frequently so I am often left with a lot of money/coins left on my account. I go to withdraw which says it will be refunded to my original payment method and it always refunds me in tiktok coins I then can't use instead of my payment method.

This is also the same even if my account is unbanned so it's not to do with that, does anyone know how to fix this as i've lost $300 to coins now and it's stopping me from promoting there anymore.

They will only refund the coins if you are in a 14 days period if you go over that time the won't refund it, also if you amde the purchase through a third party app like apple store or google play store you need to contact them so they can help you with the refund, check the link below for more info.

Literally and then i can't do anything with those coins so i just lose the investment

So Tik tok doesn't loose money
