Good morning I have bought a UK account ready to get monetised I got accepted to the Creator Rewards Program, I successfully verified my ID for the monetization. but when I try to add my paypal, it refused told me incorrect informations. I have tried all my 3 accounts always the same problem. Has anyone encountered this problem before and knows how to help me?

Make sure the PayPal account is also UK-based and matches the exact name on your TikTok ID verification.
Double-check that your PayPal is fully verified (email, identity, and bank linked), or TikTok might reject it.

thank you I linked it was a problem of name and address. UK is not necessary but the paypal address must be in the same country of selected payment method in tiktok (i selected Cyprus since my paypal account is in Cyprus), and the name and surname must be the same and in the same order as the Tiktok ID verification. For example, if it was JOHN LAW in tiktok and on paypal it is LAW JOHN. It will not work it must be JOHN LAW also. to finish the address must be in Cyprus and filled in Paypal address.
