Having a legit TikTok account for two years doesn’t necessarily mean the ad account is automatically eligible, you should check your account status, business verification, billing details, and whether the specific products or landing page are triggering an ad policy restriction.
You can also use advertising accounts purchased from agencies to promote your products; it is not necessary to use your own account.

this might not be ur tiktok account, it could be something related to the ad account. it would be best if u first find out the exact reasson for the rejection. tiktok may reject based on the payment option, the landing page, or even the creative.
