Hey guys can I run ads with this error massage or will it affect performance drastically? Any ways how to reuse video without getting this warning?

Right, so that typically means that the add is not safe for advertising. Is there a chance that is breaks the rules or anything like that? If it happens to follow all the rules, that means the account is flagged and you might have to wait sometime before you can try again.

it can also be related to low quality posting as well
