Tiktok new feature promote button

Hello ,
Tiktok has launched the new promote button feature to create ads
But
I don’t see it on my account
Can anyone help me how to get it

Is there some followers needed to get this feature
Let me know if anyone has a good idea

Im not too familiar with TikTok, but its either you need 1k followers or you simply just switch your account to a business account. I'm sure there's some YouTube vids that show how to do it.
