Not sure exactly what you mean. If you try to promote your music through TikTok I'd suggest contacting big influencers and pay them to let them dance to your songs. This will it could spread like a wildfire if your song is dope.

Ok, I was thinking influencer marketing seems to be the main way on all social platforms now. Let me know if you have any more insight to the best influencer tools, or other ways to market music on Tiktok.

Just check YouTube and search for best TikTok dances. Follow them on TikTok and you'll be shown a lot of similar ones. As of now I don't know if there is a database for this.
 
I tried it, but we'll see if it was worth it. Seems meh as an approach, since those users have very high following and little to no chance of a followback.

Do you have a list of handles of big influencers you would suggest?
 
Focus on TikTok friendly tracks, use mix hashtags and create challenges & contests.

Sorry I don't. As I said above, just check YouTube and find compilations of your niche. Then just follow those guys in TikTok and watch their content. You'll be shown similar accounts in there.

I'm sure the majority of them does this without making a single dollar :D But the bigger ones receive money to make stuff go viral.

fastest way (not the cheapest way) would surely be finding (for the start) bigger accounts in your country and just ask them to create a dance or something to that song, after that just sit back and wait for the chain reaction with all the smaller tiktokers dancing to it, basically the key would be have someone to do a catchy dance to that song, this is how TikTok trends are made basically
 
Do they have for that like promo? What music do you want? Or it dpeends on the country
