Tiktok Location

Long Story Short, I'm a Tiktok Content Creator and have an American account with an American audience.

Currently I'm travelling abroad for a long time, my videos have been performing terribly due to my location. I changed my SIM card to an American one and that helped but I'm still not fully seen as an American User, my views are definitely WAY lower we are talking 90%+ lower.

So my idea is to simply use a USA 4g proxy on top of my American SIM and try that out, maybe I'll hit my old audience that way again.

My biggest question is how though? I tried using a residential proxy on my iPhone and Tiktok doesn't let me use the app if I have proxy enabled, says no internet connetion. The website works though.

I'm willing to go an extra mile to get this working, like running something over my mac to access over my phone or something. Tried creating a hotspot on my laptop with proxy enabled to connect to through my phone, didnt work unfortunately, connection wont be established at all.

I would super appreciate if someone more experienced on this topic could help me out here

You should ask the proxy provider for help or change your device as the issue can be with your device itself. If the issue isn't with your device then ask the proxy provider to change the location fo your proxy.

Hope that you will get the same traffic when you will back home.
