TikTok is great I dont know what all these newbies talking about its terrible and want it to get banned. For example just doing simple F/U

For an account doing about 200-300 follows a day I get a 30% follow back ratio without doing much work on a unpopular niche.

For a more popular niche I get 45% follow back easily.

But lets just go further into the unpopular niche. 35% of those follows turn into profile views and 30% of those profiles views turns into clicks on my bio link again these numbers can be wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy higher if I put more work into it but that is just with one account and can be easily scaled. Forgot to mention I also get on average about 1k video views a week from this account with ZERO WORK.

Its like IG in the old days before tyrants took it over. So all you "IM'ers" who want TikTok banned i say facepalm SMH...

Don't even know how good you have it right now.

On a side note:
My opinion, on the bigger picture of IM as a whole, is having TikTok also allows Instagram to be more easier to market on since TikTok creates competition for them and humbles Facebook.
Also these apps expose the Facebook monopoly more and more. Its a shame TikTok does have Chinese ties but its good it creates competition in tech especially social media.

In the end I don't really care if TikTok gets banned there will be another to replace it and we can adapt but if TikTok is already thriving this is what Internet marketers need right now is competitors who are willing to compete against the big tech monopolies of silicon valley and pretty much make them less assholes, and expose their monopoly practices.

I like the advice. I will try non-aggressive F/U and see what will happen.
I have a question:
Do you think it's possible to grow an account without showing your face at all? Lets say I am creating simple videos with canva.com, do you think I have a chance?

Yes all of my accounts do not have any face at all attributed with them.

I have also seen many accounts with like a face of a meme or something and have millions of followers.

Like you can put a picture of Bart simpson as a face and get millions of followers might even help you out more since TikTok has a more 'hip' audience.

My spoken English is terrible. I want to exclude filming myself completely. I see people are scraping content from IG and repost it to tiktok, BUT there's something missing... How do you add a credit back to the creator? I do realize we are in blackhat forum, but at some point the plagiarism algorithm will hit and I don't want to spend time working on something that may burn soon. So should I use royalty-free images from canva.com or? What's the solution here?
Thank you!

Enjoy it while it lasts. I suspect it will be banned from USA and Uk soon

Most likely due to politics but another app will take its place its the nature of social media.

Once an app has been around for too long all the 'cool' kids thing its lame after a while.
This has happened time and time again for the past 20 years with xanga->myspace->facebook->instagram->etc...

In this case TikTok had a very good chance of being the next thing and still does depending on how the situation goes but the key is TikTok was transparent regarding its algorithm and many other things which can can create a new wave of entrepreneurs that would want to follow that transparency that will enable social media sites to be less strict for users trying to grow their accounts.

What’s your limits at the moment? Are you doing follow/unfollow only or did you add likes, comments etc?

Thos kind of Competition is not good for the companies but its good for us

Yeah just doing follow/unfollow no likes or comments.

My opinion is similar.
The way it is right now its more skewed toward good for "companies"(facebook) and only already famous people.

The way TikTok is designed is more like youtube where pretty much anyone with some hard work and good content can get popular much more faster.

As a result its good for the company and for the consumer. It is a win win and this model should be adopted more since everyone is a winner.

Yeah looks like its gonna be banned in the US. Very possible that Europe will follow suit. But I believe a ban in the US is pretty much donezo for tik tok

a lot of products china related are going down the toilet
in the UK, as you said, enjoy it while it lasts.

IMO the follow back is so high because most of the audience 9 year olds will follow anyone that follows them.
