Not buying Oracle and Bytedance are collaborating. As a result, Oracle will take care of Tiktok US user's data protection and privacy laws. Bytedance doesn't want to sell Tiktok US operations because they'd not want to share Tiktok's Algorithm of working

Other than Tiktok revenue stream it will not affect anything inside the platform or the growth of it.
