Hi everyone, I've been pondering something. I'm currently working on a whitehat project and using TikTok to drive traffic. The first 2-3 weeks were somewhat slow but decent in terms of performance. However, after that, the algorithm finally caught up and understood my target audience, leading to some great weeks.

But then, TikTok started flagging my posts and gave me a message saying, "This video is not eligible for the For You feed" whenever I sent an appeal. Surprisingly, the posts would be approved within 2-3 hours and still perform well. This continued for about a week.

Afterward, it started taking about 24 hours for the posts to be approved, but they no longer gained visibility in the algorithm.

Now, what's happening is that I'm receiving rejections on my appeals; however, the posts are still getting pushed in the algorithm and suprisingly performing well.

Do any of you have experience with this situation?

Note: My posts are always images in carousels.

It's possible it has more to do with your behavior than the posts itself. Whatever you're doing is probably looking a bit spammy and they're trying to slow you down.

Hmm, I'm basically just posting every morning between 7AM and 10AM.

I haven't experienced this problem on TikTok. Maybe your content is the problem.

to me it seems like something that you post is like rising theit alarm but is weird they were removing the restrictions and now they just reject them, try to change the way you upload the content something that tou upload to your videos is causing them to get always flagged sometimes are small details but check their protected content that should not be uploaded and check if something match you never know.

Quick update: Instead of posting carousels, I decided to create a video slideshow of the pictures I usually share. It was working well. However, after 3-4 days, I posted a regular carousel again today, and it appears that it is no longer getting flagged.

Maybe your behaviour in TikTok has triggered this side effect meaning they try to slow you down.
