TikTok Interaction programs (Automations)

Hey, I recently saw a certain TikTok strategy where someone had an account that mass reposted and liked videos from smaller accounts (mostly) and he got followers and engagement on his account (Because people on TikTok see, when you reposted or liked a post from them).

Does anyone know of such a program or tool that exists on the market?

i think its done manually, no tool can do that
