Im running some campaigns with a decent roi. But after 2-3 account bans, its impossible for me to submit the same campaign (only using same video creative) without getting instanuked. I have narrowed it down to the creatives. Tried to remove meta etc from the videos, but same shit happening. Can tiktok really see the video creatives as spam, only after a few bans?

Maybe, TikTok will flag accounts after several bans. Try to use the more login anti-detection browser to create a new account to bypass the ban problem
 
You'll need to check several things on top of the actual content. Check your anti-detect browser's configuration, check your proxy settings, check the quality of IPs you're getting form the proxy, and check the accounts posting the content. Doublecheck the content again if all else fails.
 
It's possible that TikTok's algorithm has flagged your video creatives as spam, especially if they are similar to those that were previously banned.
