I just started a tiktok account and planning to post short vids meme on my niche. I got this short vid meme from twitter and added my own caption to it. Trying my first upload when I came to this message.

Now my question is should I just ignore that message? Ofc my dream is to get views and hopefully convert them into followers but I don't plan on making my own "unique" videos for this. Content would be to just find funny meme's on my niche in twitter and edit the vid to match tiktok and upload.

Would I be just wasting time if I'm not doing original unique vid?

It depends to video
TikTok is very hard, it's not because it's from Twitter.
If that is on Twitter, it could be on TikTok many, many times and copied between platforms.

I have many repurposers, but there is no 100% success ever for TikTok because you fight with AI.
It's 70%-80% success rate, but it will never be 100% sure.

when I have this flag on a video I am uploading, should I continue to upload or not? it will only hurt the account if I upload it?

continue, keep that video, it's no problem if you are not doing any creative rewards program
some flagged videos can get 1000 views anyway

It's actually a good idea. Any suggestion AI tools that could help me?

Cause me doing my own unique vid seems like impossible don't even know where to start.
 
Those videos usually get limited or zero reach reposting twitter clips without real changes rarely works long term. If you want views, you need to at least recreate the idea not just reupload it.

Youre not wasting time testing, but that approach has a short ceiling. Straight repurposes might pop once yet they dont build momentumaccounts grow when the idea is reshaped enough that the platform treats it as native content.

The post got flagged for duplication. In that case, either change the meta data and hash for when you post next. You can also make edits to the post aswell using any editor so that it registers as "Unique" when you upload it.
 
Reused clips often get flagged or limited in reach especially if they’ve circulated before.

You need to make the video unique, change the source code, mirror the video, cut out elements within the video and replace them, change the audio track. TikTok is now very strict about unique content.
