I've created a new TikTok account & tried to DM people who follows me but unfortunately DM option isn't available. Anyone faces this issue?

P.S: I'am unable to upload any video as well

Just checked both mine accounts, they both were fine

Blacklisted proxy or VPN or IP address, blacklisted device, too many bad activities with the same device, ...

Tiktok is strict about spamming and don't change vpn locations too often too.

Blacklisted proxy or VPN or IP address, blacklisted device, too many bad activities with the same device, ...

Or do you use an emulator to run the TikTok app? Or the same URL over and over again?
