Learn how to create WiFi with static IP is the only task, and brand new phone, so there is no room for errors.

They will let you re-join and act stupid, but cut you off later.

Do not use any sim card at all, but find a way to connect your phone with USA IP WiFi. You must give internet to your phone in order to create new iCloud and to download TT app.

You should actually do this with UK IP. So, forget about USA. If you are seriously determined and good in this, you will reach USA FYP anyway later. That should not worry you.

Main reason to avoid USA is because your account could fall apart later, or if you want to start TT affiliate later, they will ask bunch of documents that you won't be able to arrange. With UK and other approved countries, things are not that strict, and should require only any valid ID when it comes to verification.

So, try to use new device, new iCloud, because TT knows your old ones, and go with UK IP, it's better, no matter what you think, just follow up on this. Find a way to give your phone UK static IP. See what works the best for you. Make sure that is going to be entirely new connection, that involves nothing of your home internet provider etc.

I myself didn't had this scenario, but that is what other people say. So it's pointless to try anything that can include errors.

Bought phones could be exposed, your country router connection is exposing you, no fresh apple ID or other ID's of whatever you are using are exposing you.

So, for the last time. If you want to make it right, everything has to be super new, never used before.

I read through the PDF you sent however I wasn't able to read anything useful out of there. I am not from southafrica and I have normal internet like everyone in EU has. It seems like the pdf is guided to people who even dont have internet connection.

The pdf showed two different ways to connect to a internet? One was through Raspberry pi and the other was something bigger and more expensive.

I am more confused than before. Does Raspberry pi help to create your own wifi? And how can it make tiktok think that I am from UK for an example? Is something built into that raspberry or?
