Does it matter what type of account you have? If you created your account in UK or any other country other than the USA and copy USA trends does it even work? The content gets shown to mainly the country your account is made in right? I noticed that even if I see a trend and create a video about it in the UK it doesn't get shown as much compared to the account that is in the US where I saw the trend from. If I change my 4G proxy to USA and upload a video from there will it show it to US even from UK?

I think in this case it depends on what ppl in that country interested in. For example ppl in UK do like and interact with US trends, so it probably works, btw, I think you can try

Based on my limited experience, yes. Except when the viewers are watching a certain country's content, then TikTok would push some content from that country to those viewers.
