TikTok content stealing, worth it or not in 2023?

Basically stealing videos of popular YouTubers and putting on some random gameplay video below and using AI captions. All of it can be done in Capcut. Is it worth it? A guy on Twitter said he made 1k in one video. It's just spamming videos until one eventually blows up. He has multiple channels and a whole office for just this.

yea it can work out just have to make the content look a little different. you will probably need a way to create many new accounts. as if the video doesn't blow up in the first 5 videos its best to move on to a new account. Also you will need a way to monetize this traffic. I don't know the exact numbers tiktok pays per view but its not much.

It's a shame really. I just looked into it and turns out I'm not even eligible for the program. Apparently they phased out their old creator program and the new one is currently only available for US residents. The newer program claims to pay much higher of an amount compared to the old program. I was interested in this idea because of how easy it is to get views on TikTok. I uploaded a random video and it got like 7.7k organic views. That one video got me 77 followers but I made my account private since it was my personal account and I don't really want it to get that big. Such a shame.

Maybe YT shorts can be a viable alternative for this method but YouTube is much stricter than TikTok and it's much harder to get views on there.
 
With AI tools, you can copy it but change the video style maybe? It's still a good way to generate traffic or income

I would look into ways to monetize the traffic like cpa or selling a service/product
