Hello man! I'm working with Casino ads on TikTok, but isn't Tiktok banned in India? How will people see the ads if they can't access TikTok? I mean even with cloaking, it would be useless because Indians can't access TikTok. So you can't target India. Maybe Google would be better for India. Peru, no problem on TikTok.
