TikTok bot (livestreams)

Hi, I'm looking for someone who can write a custom script that would allow me to end a livestream. It's not sketchy as it sounds: we're a small team dedicated to end children livestream when we see they are being groomed by pedos. We do this by all going to the livestream and reporting it with specific keywords. Livestreams are not monitored by humans, just an algorythm. I'm fairly sure that there's a way to either automate what we do by mass reporting from bot accounts, or just plain hacking by maybe hammering the livestream with a given request. I'm not sure. Would that be feasible and for what price? Thanks all
