TikTok Bio "Website"-field

Hey guys,

at the moment I am having two TikTok-accounts. One is new and does not have that much followers, the other one is like three months old and already has got some followers (around 2.5k), gained by content I've uploaded.

In the settings of the older account it is possible to post a website-link into the bio. For the newer one there is no possibility to put a clickable Hyperlink into the bio- the field just does not appear in the settings when I open the settings on Android. On iOs the field appears but there comes an error when I try to put the link into the bio.

Does someone here know how it is possible to put a clickable URL into the bio?

TikTok adds the link option once you have a decent sized following and account. Influencers get access to add such.

For most people, the link in bio appears when you get 1000 followers

The website option appears in settings even when you have less than 1000 followers, but if you try to add a link it will show "Link not allowed" (pretty stupid), But once you get over 1000 followers the link in bio works.
