TikTok ban after Factory Reset ?

1. I just scrolled, never liked, on some # for two days.
2. No Sim Card on the phone.
3. CyberGhost VPN in the USA active for all the time.
4. Absolutely no post or nothing like that. Just setup a bio.
5. Never ever had a TikTok account banned on that phone.

We may permanently ban accounts if we identify the following violations of our https://www.tiktok.com/community-guidelines and https://www.tiktok.com/legal/terms-of-service:
1. You don't meet the minimum age or other requirements as indicated in our Terms of Service.
2. The account impersonates another person or entity in a deceptive manner.
3. You have a severe violation on your account:
༚ Post, promote, or facilitate youth exploitation or child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
༚ Promote or threaten violence.
༚ Post or promote content that depicts non-consensual sex acts such as rape or molestation.
༚ Post content that facilitates human trafficking.
༚ Post content that depicts real-world torture.
༚ Create or use another TikTok account to intentionally https://support.tiktok.com/en/safety-hc/account-and-user-safety/content-violations-and-bans#10.
4. Your account has reached the strike threshold for multiple violations within a policy or feature.
5. Multiple violations of our https://www.tiktok.com/legal/copyright-policy?lang=en.

I log on today and boom. Account has been permanently banned due to multiple violations of the community guidelines.

Cannot appeal, only have the option to log out or to download my data.

Why are they banning my account ?

Is it due to the VPN ? Is it a device ID ban ?

There isn't a chance tiktok is picking up local signature wifi patterns from you, is there? I thought that was the type of thing that got them banned on US government phones, and all the controversy was around them.

Please understand, that VPNs are flagged not because they are VPN. It's because they have thousands of users. Cyberghost can have millions of users.
IPs are not fresh ever, they have the same sub net mask, same data center, etc.



This is second thing. TikTok just know wifi name and names of wifi networks, routers, etc. It's fckin easy to build the fingerprint.
Before I have made a solution for that, my client posted me info, that TikTok app asked him to... change wifi name because it's not unique! It was so weird!
Both on Android and iOS they have permissions to scan wifi network. Look at your wifi names, so unique, so easy to make unique fingerprints.
Google said openly, they are doing it for gmail and other services. Facebook also told they are doing it. TikTok have permissions for that so I think they are doing it too
