Use good 4g/5g proxies or VPN that has exit to 4g/5g proxy.
If you use many accounts - you need to change your environment and or use another phone (phone farm).
P.S. Tiktok is a real spyware and it scraps a lot of system data, so it's not so easy to trick them.

Its going to be expensive but Ive experimented a TON but buy a private socks5 res proxy rent it out for a month or more so your for sure the only one on it
actually it would only be expensive if your running bulk accounts with 1 or a couple accounts it would not be bad
