From my experience this will kill your account.
Just post constantly 3-4 videos per day. Make quality videos with high-quality picks, use some hooks to get attention and the result will came - be patient.
There are also some bot checkers that will tell you if you got shadow bans, video is off for recommendations, etc. - one of them is Mr.Beast TikTok Checker (search for it).
Also very important is the initial setup of your account for the GEO you want to reach - clean device, no-sim installed as TikTok checks the location via sim in your telephone and a clean IP of the country you want to use. + new account of AppStore/Google Market also registered in the GEO you want to promote.

If you’re using anti-detection tools, you might dodge the ban hammer. but still, it’s risky. This isn't Pinterest or Instagram. Either way, Play it smart. Real growth comes from authentic engagement, not bots.
