I am from Florida but I relocated to Alabama recently because of family and other issues ( this place is temporary until I can get back on my feet) anyway I really wanted to start a TikTok channel / paid ads to get traffic for cpa offers however when I go to create account it says access denied first I thought it was my computer , then maybe ISP then I searched TikTok state ban and of course Idaho and Alabama have banned it to consumers unlike the logical thing other states have done which is just government phone bans.

My question is .. what can I do , is there anyway around this ? I fear that vpns will trigger a TikTok ban so I don’t want to put money on if that’s a risk..

I'm just curios to know is your regular/existing account is also locked from access while you're in Alabama or you are just unable to create new one?

Yes, there are ways to reduce the risk, but there’s no 100% guarantee. TikTok can detect suspicious logins (IP changes, odd device fingerprints, many location switches) and may require verification or in rare cases suspend accounts. You can minimize that risk with careful steps and by using reputable services, or avoid the risk entirely by not using a VPN to access an account you care about.
