Hello BHW,

Please i would like to know how to create an Account for TikTok ads in my country ?! (Tiktok Ads isn't available here)

Is there any method to start tiktok ads?

I bought a new U.S TikTok Ads Manager, Can i link it with an old account that has a different country or will i get banned?

I use a free VPN (ProtonVPN) and an app that gives me a free US phone number (TextPlus), which is needed to receive the verification code.
For the US address, I just put in the one I have in my US Wise bank account.

@proxygo Is there a reason why a proxy is better than VPN? Do you think TikTok can tell if I am using VPN and reduce the performance of ads? I am asking because I noticed unusually high CPMs.

So, you wanted to make an ads to target a country that is banned? Is that correct? If so, that's very unlikely to happen.
 
If TikTok Ads isn't available in your country then you will want to make an account for that using a proxy. Since you already have a US TikTok ads manager, you'll want an anti-detect browser and US 4G proxies for account creation and management. Just to be safe, create a new account instead of using an old account created in a different country. I don't personally use VPNs for these type of things since their VPN IPs are known to most platforms and web servers, and are handled accordingly.
 
I think you should use a proxy to login US Tiktok account. It's more stable than VPN in my thought.

Hi,

Only Agency Accounts can target multiple countries. Still, there are still restrictions due to each and every country advertising rule.
 
+1 for proxy instead of VPN
VPN IPs are well known by services and might flag the account
