Just scrolling TikTok this morning and I found out that they started placing ads on the following you page.
That was so heartbreaking lol, I usually run from ads on the fyp now it on the both side... This might reduce TikTok engagement because most of the ads creator are too pitching, they just upload nonsense ads video. (maybe because I know too much lol)
Tiktok have to come up with proper ads verification. For example if the video is not native enough or kind of provide value in some way it should not be approved.
A good example of ads is from this south Asia British guy that promote snoop app ; all his ads video provide value before pitching product people should imitate him and few others, if not that app is going to be boring from now.
