Hey everyone, I need some help with a TikTok Ads issue.

I’ve been creating new TikTok ad accounts recently, but for some reason they just don’t spend properly anymore. The first few days they might spend a bit, but after that it becomes super inconsistent.

Sometimes new ad accounts don’t spend at all, sometimes they only spend on a few campaigns while the rest get 0 spend. And the biggest problem is when I try to scale — that’s when everything stops spending or takes 2–3 days before spend starts.

I’ve tried:

  • creating new accounts
  • creating new ad accounts inside the same BM
  • using different proxies
  • using different locations

…but nothing seems to fix it. After a while the campaigns just stop spending again or take forever to kick in.

I even opened a support ticket with TikTok, but they’re not replying at all.

Is anyone else experiencing this lately? It’s been happening only in the last 2 weeks — before that I never had this issue.

Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks!

TikTok has tightened delivery limits recently especially on new ad accounts

Several people are reporting the same issue lately, so it seems like a TikTok delivery change. Keeping campaigns simple and avoiding frequent edits usually helps. Curious if others here are experiencing the slowdown too.
where can i find more info about this please?

Many advertisers are seeing the same issue lately because TikTok is tightening spend behavior on new accounts which makes scaling harder and slows campaign delivery even when setup is correct

mainly from active advertiser discussions and real campaign data shared in media buying communities rather than official sources

There isn’t an official solution since this comes from community experiences but most suggest testing fresh accounts with varied IPs, slow scaling and closely monitoring performance to identify patterns that trigger spend issues

Test with a low budget first and if it goes well, increase slowly. Dont stress too much about proxies or switching accounts.

Sometimes tiktok just throttles new accounts letting campaigns run consistently for a few days before scaling usually helps more than constantly creating new accounts or changing settings.

try to use another payment method. i can provide vcc that spend well with tik tok
