Tiktok ads keep being banned

I've got a BH/NO-GO business that I'm trying to boost on TikTok. I want to use existing creatives from an account that is in use atm and run ads through solid BC or agency accounts to provide stability but im not sure if this will work. Do you guys have any experience?

Currently if im making my own accounts I get the ads approved but it will only run for 3-4 hours. Not looking for a holy grail, but it would be nice to see the accounts last multiple days. I also previously used cloaking however it didn't make my account last longer.

I'm totally open to either renting or buying accounts, whatever works best. If any of you have trusted sellers or know good places to get my hands on these accounts, I'd love to hear about it.

Yeah, BC or agency accounts can give you more stability, but TikTok still keeps a close eye on things. Your best bet is to use aged accounts and ease them in naturally to make them last longer.
