Tiktok ads glitch method

I heard that tiktok have this glitch method that lowers your cpc and cpm right? I’m trying to figure it out but haven’t have any success if anybody knows how to or know any other ways to lower cpc and cpm, can you please help me because my cpc and cpm is like 2$ and cpm is like 16$, cpa is like 16-30$ which is breakeven for me.

$2 cpc is way too high, the glitches won't save that. Your video needs to be better/include cta

But I did know the original glitch method. Haven't tried it in a while tho

What's the glitch method? Interested to know more. Any idea as to what it's related to OP?
