Currently, gambling and gambling ads are only prohibited in India on TikTok. But that might become a case across the globe at some point. Generally, TikTok is not the best platform for gambling ads, because most users are minors and can't even gamble.

Currently tiktok is very strict and blocks all ads related to black hat. I think facebook is still a platform with a lot of growth potential for gambling.

Yes, that's true, it is a new and trending platform for marketers, but it's not a good fit for your specific use case. Think of it like this: even if your ads get approved, that would be like going to a car show and trying to sell erotic novels...
And as you can imagine, no one is going to a car show because they're interested in erotic novels. Your conversion rate will be abysmal and you'll essentially be throwing money.

i'm also studying it and running some tests but i can't run a campaign yet. I'm getting banned all the time but i also think there is a huge potential in there and i've heard some people talk about idk 10x roas for example it's just crazy.
